Based in the Toledo office, he rejoined Flagship Capital Advisors in 2023, drawing on more than a decade of experience in operations, account management, and production within the advertising industry.

In addition to overseeing the firm’s operations, Nicholas plays a key role in driving new business development, as well as managing the firm’s marketing and content creation. His comprehensive knowledge of client needs and internal processes allows him to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth, efficient execution across all areas of the firm’s operations.

Outside of his professional role, Nicholas enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at Posey Lake in Hudson, Michigan. He is a Third Degree Knight of Columbus and actively volunteers with Catholic Charities (Diocese of Toledo) and his home parish, St. John 23 in Perrysburg, Ohio.

He resides in Perrysburg with his wife and young son. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Nicholas is dedicated to helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence and care.
